Sweet Wine

Latarce Tinto Dulce is a rarity within D.O. Toro: a naturally sweet wine made from Tinta de Toro harvested overripe, with no added sugar. The grapes are left on the vine until they concentrate their own sugar.

The result is candied dark fruit, sweet spice and a velvety finish. Made in very limited quantities, it is the wine we close meals with at the winery: dark chocolate desserts, cheesecake or a strong blue cheese.

Serve at 12–14 °C in a small glass. It is intense — a little goes a long way.
