When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 18:00 on working days ship the same day and arrive in 24-48h. Weekend orders ship on Monday.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — completely free for all orders to mainland Spain, with no minimum. For the rest of Europe, rates start at €20.67 depending on weight.

Can I return the wine?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return it, unopened and in perfect condition. If the mistake is ours, the return is free; otherwise you pay the return shipping.

Do you ship outside Spain?

Yes. Shipping to mainland Portugal is free. We ship to the rest of Europe in 2-6 working days; the cost depends on the country and weight and is shown before you pay. For now we do not ship to the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla from the online shop.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card, Bizum, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with secure payment through Stripe and no surcharges.

Do I need to register to buy?

No. You can buy as a guest; we only ask for the details needed for delivery.

Order management: name, address, email and telephone, to prepare, ship and invoice your purchase and to deal with delivery issues. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Unfinished carts: if you start a purchase and do not complete it, we use the email and telephone you provided to remind you of your order and, where appropriate, to contact you commercially (by email, telephone or WhatsApp) to help you complete it. Newsletter: email, to send you news and offers if you have subscribed. Legal basis: consent (you can withdraw it at any time from the email itself).
Customer service: the data you provide when contacting us. Legal basis: legitimate interest in handling your request.
Web analytics: browsing data through Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies. Legal basis: consent.
Ad measurement: if you accept cookies, we use the Meta pixel and its Conversions API to know whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram generate visits and purchases. Meta receives browsing data, the amount and products of the order and, in hashed form, your email, phone, name, city and postcode, as well as your IP address and browser. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Recipients

Your data is only disclosed to third parties when necessary to provide the service: the payment gateway (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.), carriers for the delivery of the order, and our hosting and email provider (IONOS SE). If you accept advertising cookies, also to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. to measure our ads, which may transfer data outside the European Union with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. No other disclosures are made.

Retention

Order data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@bodegalatarce.com, enclosing a copy of your identity document. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
