Artisan Vermouth from Toro · Gilda Red & White

Vermut Gilda does not start from just any wine: it is made on our own Tinta de Toro wine, with an artisan maceration of botanicals. That is why it has a depth industrial vermouths rarely reach.

There are two. Gilda Tinto, spicier, with the right balance between bitter and sweet: its territory is gildas, Cantabrian anchovies and Iberian cured meats. Gilda Blanco, on a white wine base, more citrus and herbal, with an elegant bitterness that never tires: pickles, salted fish and tinned seafood.

Both very cold at 6–8 °C, over ice. The Tinto with orange, the Blanco with lemon. Also available as a two-bottle pack and in a wooden gift box.
