This is a translation for your convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
How to buy
Choose the products and the format you want (bottle, gift box or case), add them to your basket and click «Checkout». You can buy as a guest, without registering, or create an account to save your details and see your orders.
During checkout we will ask for your delivery address, your billing address if it is different, and your payment method. When you finish you will receive an email confirming your order. We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. We do not charge any surcharge for the payment method.
Payment is made through Stripe's secure gateway: credit or debit card, Bizum, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Depending on your country, other methods may appear at the payment step. Bodega Latarce never sees or stores your card details.
We reserve the right to contact you to verify the details of an order when we consider it necessary.
Delivery
- Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: free delivery, no minimum order.
- Timing: orders placed before 18:00 (Spanish time) on working days leave the same day and are delivered within 24-48 working hours in mainland Spain. Weekend and bank-holiday orders leave on the next working day.
- Rest of Europe: delivery by Nacex in 2-6 working days depending on the country. The cost is shown before you pay.
- Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: we cannot ship there from the online shop for now. Write to us at info@bodegalatarce.com and we will find a way to get it to you.
Orders with several parcels or weighing more than 20 kg may take 48 to 72 hours.
We pack every order carefully and delivery is insured: if the parcel is lost, we will send you another one or refund your money. We will email you when your order leaves the winery.
Please leave a contact phone number in your delivery address so the courier can reach you.
14-day returns
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, as provided by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and unopened.
To do so, write to us at info@bodegalatarce.com with your name, order number, the product you want to return and the date you received it. Once we have received and checked the product, we will refund the amount paid, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days at the latest.
- If the return is due to our mistake or a faulty product, return shipping is free.
- If the order was correct and you simply want to return it, the cost of return shipping is borne by you.
