VINEYARD: The only secret of our wines: we start from the origin knowing at all times what our grapes need to transform them into the black gold of our winery. Age: 70 years.
HARVEST: Manual selected.
PREPARATION: Without losing traditional production combined with the most advanced techniques, we prepare our Great Selection 2018. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature. Malolactic in new French oak barrels with subsequent aging for 18 months.
TASTING: On the nose there are aromas of plum, fig, notes of nuts, black pepper and toast. In the mouth it is an intense wine with high persistence, structured and balanced.
